Who Killed Fred Woodruff?

CIA station chief Fred Woodruff was murdered 14 years ago in the former Soviet Republic of Georgia, a violent crossroads of oil, drugs, war, corruption and international intrigue. The official version of the story, quickly accepted by Washington, pinned the shooting on a drunken soldier. Now it looks like KGB-connected Russian mobsters were involved. So why don’t the CIA and State Department seem to care?
